Vanilla Matcha Smoothie

I love matcha in all of it’s forms. Latte, smoothie, ice cream, I’m always excited about it. I also love adding matcha to my morning smoothie to give me a little extra energy boost for the day. I’ve been making this smoothie on repeat for years and it’s still my go-to breakfast.

INGREDIENTS


1 cup milk of choice (I use unsweetened soy
1/2 banana, ripe (even better if it’s frozen)
1 large handful spinach
1 scoop vanilla protein powder ( I like Good Protein Vanilla Milkshake flavor)
1 tsp matcha powder
4-5 ice cubes

INSTRUCTIONS

Add all ingredients to a high power blender and blend until smooth.
